• Device tokens for Push Notifications (FCM)
• Subscription status and plan expiration (for Flow PRO)

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Synchronize your data across devices
• Send you reminders and social notifications
• Enable social features like finding and connecting with friends
• Provide personalized AI-driven habit coaching (Flow PRO)
• Improve the app experience

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your password is never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to power specific features in Flow. By using these features, you agree to their respective privacy policies:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications.
• Groq AI: Used to generate personalized coaching insights for Flow PRO users. When you request AI Insights, we send anonymized habit completion data (e.g., success/failure patterns over time) to Groq. We do not send any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, or passwords to Groq.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information at any time. You can delete your account directly within the application settings. Deleting your account will remove all your personal data, habits, and logs from our active servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
