Account and Data Deletion

At Flow Habit Tracker, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your habits, statistics, and personal information will be completely erased from our servers.

Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the Flow app:

Open the Flow Habit Tracker app on your device.
Tap on your Profile/Settings icon.
Select Account Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your password to authorize the deletion.

Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please send an email to: codexsstudio@gmail.com

In your email, include:

The email address associated with your Flow account.
Your Flow username.
A clear statement that you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

* For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing an email deletion request. Manual requests may take up to 7 business days to process.
